THE PLACE OF THE DILIGENT

To the diligent guys out there. This is the reason why you should keeping working. Here are my favorite verses. Copied from the Bible.

1. The hand of the Diligent will rule, but the slothful will be put to forced Labour.

~Proverbs 12:24

2. Slothfulness casts one into a deep sleep. And an Idle person will suffer hunger.

~Proverbs 19:15

3. He who is slothful in his work is a brother to him who is a great destroyer.

~Proverbs 18:9

4. A slack hand causes poverty, but the hand of the diligent makes rich.

~Proverbs 10:4

5. The slothful man does not roast what he took in hunting, but diligence is man’s precious possession. ~Proverbs 12:27

6. The sluggard will not plow by reason of the cold; [therefore] shall he beg in harvest, and [have] nothing. ~Proverbs 20

7. Go to the ant, thou sluggard; consider her ways, and be wise

~ Proverbs 6:6

8. A slothful [man] hideth his hand in [his] bosom, and will not so much as bring it to his mouth again.~Proverbs 19:24

9. The desire of the slothful killeth him; for his hands refuse to Labour.

~Proverbs 21:2

10. Love not sleep, lest you come to poverty; open your eyes, and you will have plenty of bread.  ~Proverbs 20:13

11. The soul of the sluggard desireth, and [hath] nothing: but the soul of the diligent shall be made fat. ~Proverbs 13:

12. The slothful [man] saith, [There is] a lion without, I shall be slain in the streets.

~Proverbs 22:1

13. Seest thou a man diligent in his business, He shall stand before kings; he shall not stand before mere men. ~ Proverbs 22:29
