You’ve heard or read ‘please obey the rules and regulations
of this Organization or society.’ You’ve read books in which all what the
writer tells you is, ‘follow these steps and you are there.’
Those are lies, a lot of people around us believe. I once
believe that too you know. But if you desire to leave in a free world; a world
you can do anything without limit, break the rules.
Warning:
Am not telling you to be immoral, rebellious or go against
all Authority. But, if you are serious and desire to be a great person, then
find your own way through life.
Create your own path to
greatness.
The truth is, there
are no rules to greatness.
If any ever existed, they where created by someone for
somebody. Rules bring limitation.
Look at those intelligent guys in some
big-multinational companies who have billions worth of ideas to sell and make
money, they fail to create there ideas base on companies rules, regulations
& policy.
These are common words you will hear: “This is how it is
been done.” “Do you want to be wiser than the boss?” “My friend take it easy”.
Meanwhile, before others attack me, let me share with you a little flashback
What Happened
At a point in time machines where use to replace humans in
some areas where efficiency is required more. These set of machines are
manufacture with manuals, just like your phone. These manuals consist of
instructions containing what it will do, how it will behave and ways to
maintain it. In this same way, for an employer of labour to keep you working,
in order to generate maximum effectiveness and smooth operation of the
business; they program you with rules and regulations and tell you, that’s the
way to be discipline. Some dudes take it too far; they even have personal policy
(LOL). That’s not discipline. The ability to do the needful is called Discipline.
Our heart knows what we need to do; listen to it.
#Back to the Future:
If you are ever going to forge ahead, then, you have to ‘create your own path to greatness.’ People, who beat the system, are today’s
innovator of a new system. They think ahead of others. You can’t have 20 years
to come idea in your head and expect to flourish in a place where they still
embrace 5yrs ago system.
Time is System
Every system is created to ensure continuity. But, why do we
still have, some Companies run out of existence because they are using a
primitive system. Every System that has ever existed works with time. A good
reason why you need to believe every business thrive on innovation.
As the short-heading says ‘Time is System,’ for any
business to flourish, the owner must understand the time we are. Well, ladies
and gentlemen, this is the information era, not the industrial age, so get
inform and stay alive with needed information. This can be through ICT (Information Communication Technology) or the manual system.
However, it is best to understand that business have gone global currently, you
have to be global. In order to do this, be on the World Wide Web.
What Next…
Don’t rush to do anything. Don’t follow the crowd. #1 Follow your Heart. What ever it
says is more profitable to you than what anybody says. The heart knows a man
more than his brain. However, be careful, don’t be carried away by fear,
rather, respond to your heart desire. The desire for what you love.
Another great thing to do is, #2 have the courage to follow your heart. Faith may put that
confidence in you but, it takes courage to make the move. To be courageous is
to move-by-faith or Act-by-faith. Out there, are greater challenges that
will confront you and the words spoken by people are not helping. They shout
and wail for the economic problems out there, while they care not about what to
do. Don’t be deceived, the heart performs best with love and it responds with
plenty of energy. Go for what you love to do and face it!
If it’s not working, make it work.
Think! Think-Again, Again, and Again on what to do. Think
ahead of the present time, and work tirelessly towards achieving it.
We perform best when we mind our own business. So, #3, Keep-trying until you get it right.
Don’t stop working hard on what you love to do, until you succeed in doing it.
Stand for what you
believe.
Stand by what you
believe.
If there will be any rules, this is what it should be:
1. Think Great
2. Feel Great
3. Act with Greatness.
But, in the real sense, it takes love, effort and persistence.
Added Tips:
Be mindful of the words you speak to your soul. Words are
Sword. They have the power to build or destroy anything. They become alive in
us. Speak greatness into your Soul.
