You’ve probably been wondering what it takes to
lead. How has the great leaders you know and admire have been able to mobilize
people and make them do there will.
You won’t get an answer until you understand what it
takes to lead. There is no wall written on it: ‘Leadership is all about the
leader.’
Leadership is all about them, not you. Who? the
followers.
Haven’t you heard or read: ‘All leaders at one time of there lives
are good followers.’ You can become the next great leader. It’s Possible. Only
if you are willing to follow this leadership message step by step.

a ship moving with a purpose of taking others to somewhere
they all want to be.

Think about the definition. As small as it is, it
has deep meaning. When you look deep,
it will give you insight about leadership, and what it takes to kick-start
leading others.
One of the things that kick start leadership is
having a VISION. A vision the
followers are part of. A vision with the common interest of the people. This is
what leads to the emergence of a new and great Family, Business and Nation.

What are we doing to reach there?
If these questions are address, building anything as
a team will be easy.
A good leader makes his team part of his plan.
Infact, they must be aware of the vision, and the plans to achieve them.
KINGS ARE LEADERS

Kings are to lead, but not all kings are leaders.
All king’s subject are all under authority. The one who is given the authority,
leads them all. A leader is given the authority to lead, and his charge with a
mission to save, deliver and give the people he serves, a future worth there
sweat.
Focus on
Building the People not the Building:
True leaders focus on building people. He knows the
same people will build a great Family, Business and Nation. It takes a true
leader to do that.
All you have, the talents, skills and ability is meant to be share with others. The
moment leadership is all about you, it becomes greediness and end-up in
stupidity. If you can’t share what you have with others; you are not ready to
lead and not fit to serve.
Leaders, who become great men, do so through
service. Serving Humanity and God with what they have. Every leader is a
committed server. He is committed to serve [his own] people.
Leadership is meant for those who will take with
them, other people’s common interest, to form a vision, in other to build
together with them, something great.
You can be the next great man on earth.
