Almost all of us have heard these words 'body fitness.' some of us would have wonder while people spent so much effort on building a strong body. Even I at one time believe is useless and time wasting.

Apart from reducing body fat, or making money with a well built body. Personally, it is beyond 'body fitness'. I mean, when you look at these strong guys when walking or talking, there is something we see in them, apart from the muscle display. We can see, Confidence, Courage, and Boldness of speech and action.

HOW TO GET THE BEST BUSINESS LOCATION

Business is just like human. Infact, it is run by people. Humans need food to survive; at least to quench the ‘fire of hunger.’ In the same way, every solid business thrives on profit. Nothing else!

If you want to create a long lasting business, it has to be feed appropriately. Business is all about people and money. To survive, money has to be make. To keep things balance, people [who work in there] have to be well manage.

Here, I did a better survey of business locations and how it affects its targeted market. It all comes down to this: if you want to make money, know where the people who have it stay.

THE INSTINCT FOR SUCCESS.

How do you know you can succeed - your instinct makes you aware. Now, believe this or not: every man is born with a desire to succeed. Even to the extent that some people assume "life is a race." Its believe to be 'the survival of the fittest.'

PEOPLE WHO SURROUNDS YOU 2.0

A popular adage which says 'show me your friends, i will show you who you are'. I personally believe that our lives are influence by those who are close to us. The good reason why alot of habit, attitudes, behaviors and characters are form through the family. Its start with your friends. It get to a point in my life, i took a review.

Of what?
Dudes i call friend. I exclude those who will make mockery of me or try to relegate me. Instead of those 'Down-graders' i surround my self with 'The Up-graders'. People who will lift, inspire, challenge, push and motivate me to fulfill destiny.

A lot of us don’t know this, while few know but do not understand the great importance that is attached to having the right people surround your life. The #big reason is they help to shape us into whom we become.

A place is not as important as the people who dwell there. This is what I mean; a geographical location is highly regarded by people because of the kind of people who dwells there. America for example, is believed to be a great nation not because of its location, but the kind of people who dwell there. The people, automatically gives importance to the geographical area.

CREATIVITY

1. Diffused thinking leads to lack of concentration

2. Creativity is possible only when we are able to focus attention on the problem at hand.

3. Thoughts generate Ideas; Ideas begat Creativity; Creativity  leads to Creation/ Invention.

ASK THE WHY? NOT HOW YOU WILL DO IT.

4. When you use the word "why" did you want something, it's great way of boosting your motivation to achieve your dreams. My ‘why’ for doing something is for love and the "how" just happens quite easily.

BUSINESS TEMPER

5. Never argue with a customer. Rather, be mute and allow the temper to die down in other to express your own point. Opposite of this leads to dissatisfaction, business loss and unnecessary argument.

EDUCATION

6. It is of no use to acquire knowledge if you don't  apply them.

LEARNING YOUR WAY IN TRUSTING OTHERS

Trust is one hard thing that isn’t easily given away. On like take-away, trust is hard to give and hard to earn. Everybody at a point in our life time has trusted. Even the ones who find it hard to trust [as a result of various deceptions] have learned how to trust.

The questions to ask are:

1.       Can we trust everybody?

2.       Is it right to trust people?

3.       Lastly, who can I trust?

These questions are what trouble a lot of us, and we find it hard to explain.

Let us look at the questions. But first, what is trust?

TRUST: meaning, your total reliance on someone. That is, your firm belief in someone’s ability and reliability. This means a trusted person is that person you firmly believe in on a particular matter or issue. That person you have faith in his/her able-ness and ability. Most of us know this but few have fully comprehended this. The more we find it hard to grasp, the more harm we receive from it.
